Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM; however the hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. If you plan to check out the morning prior to the conference start time or during the first break, contact the bell stand to store your luggage.

Transportation and Airport

Nashville International Airport (BNA) – The hotel is 9.5 miles and 15-20 minutes from the airport.

Rental Car Discount: Avis Car Rental is offering conference attendees discounted rates. To take advantage of these rates, please call 800-331-1600 and mention AWD #T706699 to receive the discount.

Taxi Service: To the hotel, taxis are readily available at ground transportation at the airport. The cost is approximately $25-30 one-way.

Shuttle service: The Grey Line Shuttle costs $12 one-way and $20 roundtrip and can be picked up at ground transportation of the airport. Contact the hotel for pick up times.
