Cancellations and Substitutions:
Substitutions on workshop attendees may be made at any time. Cancellations
for conference attendance or examination received in writing 10
days prior to the selected conference/exam date qualify to receive
a full refund. Cancellations made after this date are subject
to a $100 administrative charge. Registrants /examinees who do
not cancel in writing and do not attend the conference/sit for
the exam will be liable for the full registration fee. No substitutions
for HCS-D examinees are allowed. Exams can be rescheduled at a
future event or at your own office. Call (800) 897-4509 to reschedule.
