When paying by credit card, you authorize UCG, Inc. to charge your credit/debit card at the rates outlined in the offer at the end of the 14-day free trial. In addition, your credit/debit card will be billed on the anniversary date of the completion of the free trial at either the monthly or annual frequency you requested at sign-up. Your membership will continue until it is cancelled by you and monthly and annual pricing may be subject to increase without notice.
All requests for refunds or discontinued billing must be received in writing.
When paying by credit card, no refunds will be made for monthly billing. Customers who are on a monthly billing cycle are eligible to have their billing discontinued beginning with the month following the one that has already been billed. Customers who are on a yearly billing cycle will be refunded on a pro-rated amount, based on the higher monthly billing rate.
